Stethoscope Cover

Posted on: 2013/09/22

I cut the fabric 3 inches wide by 36 inches long. Then I folded it in half lengthwise:

I pressed the fabic:

I then trimmed the ends with pinking shears (just because I wanted to play around with something new). I did a 1/4 inch seam allowance. Trimming to remove excess fabric.

Once that was done I attached a safety pin to one piece of the fabric

…so that I could work it through to bring the fabric right side out.

Stethoscope Cover complete! If something seems unclear or you have a question please just let me know. I am still new to posting tutorials. Thank you!!

So there is no elastic sewn inside right? Also, does the head of the stethoscope need to come off to slip the fabric onto the arm? Or does it fit over the bottom easily?

There is no elastic involved. I removed the stethoscope head to put the cover on.

Nice Blog, thanks for sharing this kind of information.
