I posted new pictures last night. They are from the hike I took on 6/1/2014. As promised here is the music video that I was able to be a part of. I appear many times. I have on a grey tie dye shirt, sunglasses and curly hair. I am one of the last people before the screen goes black.

I recently realized that I have 99 followers…in under a year. I am in complete awe that so many people are interested in what I have to say. I know that people follow blogs for different reasons. I am curious as to why you follow my particular blog. On that note I am excited to share with you what my most recent endeavor is. I started an online course to learn how to write for the web. I thought it would help improve the writing I do on my blog. This is a month long course that I started on 6/2/2014. So far I have picked up some great ideas. This is so exciting for me.

A couple of weeks ago I was in a music video for a Whiskey Reverb . The video goes live tomorrow at 10 am. Unfortunate for me I will be at work when it does go live. However, I will post a link here on my blog for those that may be interested in seeing me in a music video for my favorite band.

I am still crocheting and sewing. I am currently crocheting  a scarf. It is not going as quickly as I may like seeing that I currently am dealing with tendinitis in my right elbow. I also managed to injury the right elbow while on a hike on Sunday. The choice was fall into a ravine or brace myself against a tree with the right elbow. I think I made the safest decision. I am going to put up some pictures this evening. Hope everyone is well and happy!

If you could be so kind as to let me know why you follow my blog I would appreciate it. I am asking as I am hoping to use it as a tool for gaining incite on my followers.

CD Pocket

On Wednesday I went to my local JoAnn’s to purchase double sided fusible interfacing for this project. I figured I have such a stash at home no need for fabric this trip. WRONG! I came across this beautiful fabric that I knew My Love would like and it would match our car too. This was rather easy to make. Yesterday I cut the fabric and interfacing and decided to start the project today. Kind of a distraction from the cold symptoms that hit me last night. I had intended on adding elastic so that it would live on the sun visor in the car. However, I became confused by the elastic application and so it will still stay in the car but just not attached to anything. It holds 12 CD’s. I am so glad that I purchased the book that contained the instructions for this last weekend. Time to try the honey remedy that I saw on Pinterest. I took it once today and it recommends twice a day. Hoping it helps as I really really want to take this trip to Cohocton, NY for the Fall Foliage Festival in the morning.

Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo

On 8/30/2013 I went to see Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo @ Buffalo Place Rocks Canalside.
The venue was great. Neil sure knows how to play the shit out of a guitar. Pat and Neil were amazing. So much fun. Took me right back to the 80’s.
Thought I would post this awesome picture that was taken that night. Kathryn is in the Cocoa Cola shirt, I am in the middle and Gina is wearing the sunglasses.
